The PS3 clearly looks sharper, although that's probably the only 1up they have, and with AA on, it's no question that the 360 wins again.
With the bank that they're sitting on, I think they can afford to somewhat abandon the current system and invest their earnings into R&D for the next Nintendo console.
With their profits "falling" at least they're still making a profit...
...unlike some consoles.
